CO Church Text Messaging Program
CO Church provides text messaging services that allow individuals to interact with the church, including through text-to-give and related donor services.
Depending on your interaction with CO Church, messages may include:
Text-to-give instructions and responses;
Donation confirmations and receipts;
Secure links for completing or managing a donation;
Giving history and contribution-statement information;
Recurring-giving confirmations and management messages;
Responses to requests for assistance or information; and
Other CO Church communications for which you have provided appropriate consent.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
Consent to Receive Text Messages
Participation in CO Church’s text messaging program is voluntary.
Individuals opt in to receive text messages by initiating a text conversation with CO Church’s published messaging number and requesting a supported CO Church or Giveflow service, such as text-to-give, giving history, contribution statements, recurring-gift management, or assistance.
By sending such a request by text message, the individual expressly consents to receive SMS messages from CO Church that are directly related to that request and the CO Church messaging program.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of making a donation, purchasing goods or services, or otherwise interacting with CO Church.
Message frequency varies based on the individual’s interactions and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Where supported, reply START to resubscribe.
CO Church does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive applicable text messages from that number unless you subsequently opt in again.
Where supported, you may reply START to resubscribe.

Donations
Donations made to CO Church may be processed by third-party payment providers.
By submitting a donation, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable donation amount to be processed.
If you choose to save an eligible payment method for future giving, that payment method may be securely stored by the applicable payment provider to facilitate future donations that you authorize.
Recurring Giving
If you establish a recurring gift, you authorize the applicable donation amount to be processed according to the frequency you select until the recurring gift is canceled or otherwise terminated.
Instructions for managing or stopping recurring giving may be provided through the giving experience or text messaging service.
Availability of Services
CO Church may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of its website, giving services, or messaging services when reasonably necessary.
Mobile carriers, internet providers, payment processors, and other third-party services may affect availability or delivery. CO Church cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery of every text message or digital service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse CO Church’s website, messaging services, giving services, or related systems; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with their operation; or use them for unlawful purposes.
